25 Things About Eliza!

1.) I accepted the Lord into my life when I was very young and have rededicated my life to Him and am so thankful for what He’s done!

25 Things About Amy!

1.) I asked Jesus into my heart at the age of three and rededicated my life to the Lord when I was thirteen. He is my source of hope and strength.
2.) I live with my dad, mom, big sister Julie (18), little sister Katie (14), and a golden retriever/yellow lab mix named Charlie.
3.) I am 16 years old and I have lived in the same house all my life.
4.) I love hanging out with my nine cousins. Hannah is one of them!
5.) I started taking guitar lessons when I was nine years old.
6.) My room is light blue and white with lots of sunflowers for decoration.
7.) I love to go bike riding with my sisters on the trail near my house!
8.) I am currently reading the book of Psalms, which is one of my favorite books of the Bible.
9.) My other favorite is the book of Romans.
10.) Right now I'm enrolled in Early Childhood Education courses at the local technical college.
11.) In the summer, I love to play badminton with family and friends.

13.) One of my blondest moments ever took place during a family game of Trivial Pursuit. My dad read the question, "Which river flows between Minneapolis and Saint Paul?" and I blurted out, "Wow! That must be a really short river!" I'm never going to live that one down!
14.) I love classic country music, and Randy Travis and Johnny Cash are two of my favorite singers of all time!
15.) My favorite contemporary Christian music band is Casting Crowns. I got to see them perform live this summer! Very cool!
16.) I've never left the U.S. (even to go to Canada)!
17.) So far, I've been to nine states (if you count airport layovers and the state that I live in).
18.) My eyes are technically hazel in color, but they often look blue or green depending on the clothes I wear.
19.) I can't stand to drink coffee, but I love Frappucinos and Java Chip ice cream!
20.) I like to paint flowers and do embroidery.
21.) My dad and I hunt for grouse and deer in the fall.
22.) For the past three years I have spent one week in the summer counseling at Camp Dellwater. It is one of the highlights of my year!

1.) I accepted Christ as my Savior when I was around 3 or 4 years old

25 Things About Katelyn!

Amy and I (Katelyn) were talking the other night about how we had seen that people were posting 100 things about themselves. We thought that it would be fun if we each shared 25 things about ourselves, then you will know 100 things about Freedom’s Call! Katelyn:

1. I love the Lord Jesus Christ!
2. I play the violin and guitar (I took piano for 2 years, but I would not say that I am very accomplished at it)
3. I started working as a Certified Nursing Assistant this summer
4. I am 17 (I will be 18 soon!)
5. I share a birthday with my friend Elena and our teacher Melanie (I miss you!)
6. My hair is naturally curly; I go through a ton of gel!
7. I have one sister (Eliza)
8. This is my senior year of high school
9. I am in the middle of my third semester of nursing school
10. I would like to be an OB nurse or a midwife
11. I love going for walks
12. I am in a Beth Moore Bible Study and I am learning a lot!
13. I am the tallest one in Freedom’s Call (5’ 10”)
14. When I was little I used to call pick-ups, B-buckles. Don’t ask me why, I don’t know!
15. I used to cry after bathtime because my fingers were “shrivelry” (wrinkled)
16. I love taking care of little kids
17. I broke my arm the day before Christmas a few years ago. I broke it “snowboarding” on a little kid’s snowboard with a handle, while I was babysitting with Eliza!
18. I fell in the mud when Hannah told us that we should play out in their horse pasture, and I ruined my new coat. Eliza almost fell in trying to rescue me! (Thanks for your help Hannah J)
19. Eliza, my cousin Aaron, and I made a fort out of rotten logs because we couldn’t find anything to cut the logs. We thought that the hobos could sleep there if they found it!
20. My Dad is running for MN Supreme Court. VOTE for Tim Tingelstad!
